Product Information & Pricing
Prices for goods, services and shipping fees displayed on the website are current at the time of display.
Placing Orders
All orders will not be dispatched until receipt of full payment. You agree to provide Two in the Nest and PayPal with complete, accurate and current information when placing an order. This includes your name, address, phone number and credit card number (if applicable).
Cancelling Orders
Once an order has been placed and payment has been made the order is final.
Payments
Payments made through our website are processed by PayPal. All major credit and debit cards are accepted. It is not necessary to have an account to pay with PayPal.
Lead Time & Delivery
All designs are print to order, so please allow 3-5 business days for printing from time of order. Orders will be dispatched asap on completion of print. Delivery times depend on shipping type selected and region.
Shipping Policy
We like to make sure you don’t pay any more than you need to when calculating shipping costs. We’ve done this by configuring all our products by weight and size to make sure you get an accurate total. We also offer various options of postage to suit your needs, including Standard and Express Mail.
Returns Policy
It is important to us that you are happy with your order, so if you do have any problems or inquiries regarding your purchase please advise us via email within 7 days of receiving your purchase at chirp@twointhenest.com.au
Please Note
Due to the handmade nature of Two in the Nest each design is unique and one of a kind. Hand printed products may vary slightly in colour, print and pattern placement, which only highlights the individual beauty of each product. In saying this, we work our hardest to portray the true colour and detail of every one of our designs.
We have tried our best to show a true representation of our fabric colours on this site but due to colour variations on different monitors and color printers this may not always be possible.
Item Illustrations
We aim for images on our website to be an accurate representation of the items offered for sale. However, please be aware that display of images, their colour and intensity, may vary according to the settings of the screen on which you viewed them. Furthermore, the items photographed serve as examples of our work. Each item is hand crafted and therefore no two are exactly the same. The item you receive will be very similar to the one illustrated.
